💰 Operational Fee Retention

For return requests based on customer dissatisfaction, 30% of the amount paid will be retained to cover operational costs.

The refund will correspond to the remaining 70% of the purchase amount once the return process has been completed.

1. Supplier Verification

We will contact the supplier to verify whether the product is eligible for return.

2. Customer Notification

If the supplier approves the return request, the customer will be informed about:

  • The 30% operational fee retention;

  • Any additional costs involved, such as return shipping expenses to the supplier.

3. Product Return Shipment

If the customer agrees to proceed, the product must be shipped to the address provided by the supplier.

4. Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the supplier will confirm when the refund of 70% of the purchase amount can be processed.

5. Required Refund Information

To complete the refund process, the customer must provide the following banking information:

  • Country where the bank account is located;

  • Identification document type;

  • Identification document number;

  • Account type (savings or checking);

  • Bank name;

  • Bank account number;

  • Full account holder name.

This information will be registered as a new payment method solely for the purpose of processing the refund.

🔄 Product Exchange Policy

In cases involving errors such as an incorrect size, model, or product variation selected by the customer, an exchange request may be submitted.

In such cases, return and reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

📉 Maintaining a Low Return Rate

We work with trusted suppliers and high-quality products, allowing us to maintain an estimated return rate between 3% and 5%.

⚠️ Supplier Error or Product Defect

If the dissatisfaction or issue is determined to be the supplier’s responsibility, the case will be handled under our warranty policy at no additional cost to the customer.
